All fees of the Authority, and all other charges which the Authority is entitled to make, are set out in Annex C to the Agreement between the State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine and the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization in relation to the functioning of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property” as an International Searching Authority and International Preliminary Examining Authority under the Patent Cooperation Treaty are paid in euro.

The said fees and charges can be paid in Ukrainian hryvnia equivalent at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine at the date of payment by national applicants.
