Under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree No 18-p of February 18, 2016 "On temporary performance of the State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine (SIPS) Chairwoman duties by Malysh A.A." according to the Order of SIPS No 74-H of February 22, 2016, until the SIPS Chair will be appointed in accordance with the applicable procedure, the Head of Division of Governmental Monitoring of Legislation Compliance in the Sphere of Intellectual Property Antonina Malysh has temporarily taken up duties of the SIPS Chairwoman.
