Dear Director General, Dear Mr. Kudin,
On behalf of the State Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Croatia and its staff I would like to express our support, compassion and solidarity with the staff of the Ukrainian Intellectual Property Institute and you personally, as well to the government and people of Ukraine.
Having a first-hand experience of the suffering, personal losses and destruction of war from the war that Croatia had to fight single-handedly 30 years ago, we deeply sympathise with Ukraine in these days when it fights for its independence against unjustified and brutal aggression.
Witnessing determination, bravery and national unity of Ukraine as well as the support of the whole world, we are confident that the justice will overcome and the peace will be restored in Ukraine soon.
We understand that you have more immediate priorities right now, but referring to close and friendly relationship between the Ukrainian and Croatian government and people as well as our previous technical cooperation with the Ukrainian institutions in charge for intellectual property, I would like to offer you and your Office our cooperation and support on any matter you might find helpful.
