In order to provide public needs for services related to intellectual and creative activities and to provide individuals and legal entities with the services of the State Organization “Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovation” (UANIPIO), related to the obtaining, exercise and protection of IPR, on February 17, 2023, the Rules for the provision of paid services of UANIPIO were approved, which will enter into force on February 20, 2023.
