On 19th and 20th June, International Conference on New Challenges Regarding Copyright in the Digital Single Market takes place at the National Library of Romania, Bucharest, Romania.
After an intense process of negotiations, the directive on copyright in the digital single market has recently been adopted. Introducing modern regulations in the field of copyright and related rights, adapted to the digital era, its provisions are of great interest for both stakeholders and the EU civil society, raising vast debates within all medias.
The conference aims at providing the appropriate framework for debate and analysis of the new provisions of this directive, focusing on its core elements and regulations designed for a Digital Single Market that is functional and beneficial to all EU citizens.
